It is absolutely essential that we be notified prior to ever returning a product in order to receive proper credit.

• With an approved authorization, please send the product to us prepaid with your return address on the box. If possible, please include your order number and your name.

• If you have received a defective or damaged product, you will be given a complete refund including all shipping and handling charges, or with your approval, an exact replacement product will be sent at no-charge.

• If you change your mind about the purchase that you have made, send back the "unopened/unused" product with our authorization, and you will be reimbursed for the product price, excluding all shipping and handling charges. Any item that has been opened or used will not be refunded.

• Glass Toys will only be replaced if damaged and we will ship out a new product to you free of charge upon receipt of the defective product.

If an order is seized in customs, refused by the recipient or not delivered due to an inaccurate address, Cocktail Glass will not be responsible for reimbursement. If the product is returned undamaged, we will, with your consent, re-ship the order to you again with an additional shipping charge. Otherwise, we will refund the product cost if you decide not to have your order re-shipped.

To Cancel An Order:

You may cancel an order at any time by contacting us, but if we have already sent your order prior to your cancel notification, you will be not be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

Legal Disputes

The user agrees that any dispute whatsoever, in connection with this Web Site, shall be determined in federal or state courts located in the County of Monroe in the State of New York, USA.
